and provide tech support for voice and data communications systems.

Planning:                                                         Is both the organizational process of creating and maintaining a plan; and the psychological process of thinking about the activities required to create a desired future on some scale.

Project Management:
Is the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.

Installation (hardware):                                                                 Mounting of structured networks, which includes outlets, installation & patch cables, distribution cabinets equipped with passive & active components.
Installation (software):                   Basically our operating systems are based on MS distributed systems. Otherwise for routing and other networking features it is recommended to use Linux (Unix) based systems.

Documentation:
Each wall plate jack should be marked with a unique identifier that corresponds to a jack on a patch panel in corresponding distribution cabinet. Each cable path should be sketched on plan.
  Each step of installation, configuration and uninstall processes will be placed in the log  files.
All authentification and authorization data to be used on appropriate level.
Acceptance Testing
The actual measurement and recording of a network's state of operation after installation, which corresponds to actual cabling types and categories (for example according to ISO/IEC 11801 or CENELEC EN 50173 recommendations).
